​​​Using the Query List Page

This page lists the queries you have created. It is the first page you see after logging in to the system.

  1. Create a QueryClicking on this button opens a menu that shows the three ways to create a new query.
    1. ​New Query – this creates a new query with no existing criteria.
    2. Copy an existing query – copies an existing query and its criteria.
    3. Merge two queries – creates a new query by combining two existing queries. See the Merge two queries section of this document for more detail.
  2. Query ID - Clicking on this id takes you to the Query Screen.
  3. Sorting - Columns that contain the up and down arrows are sortable. Clicking once will sort the data in ascending order, clicking again will sort the data in descending order.
  4. Delete Query - Clicking here will delete the query.
