​​​​​Using the Participant Listing Report

Use this report to generate a list of common ids of participants in you query.​

1. Ppt id: Listing of WHI common ids for each participant (Ppt) in your query.  The common id is the id that links to the data in the Investigator's dataset.

2. WHI participation: Indicates whether or not the participant was in each WHI study component (0 = no, 1 = yes). See WHI participation for more details.

3. Extension participation: Indicates whether or not the participant was in each WHI extension​ (0 = no, 1 = yes). See WHI participation - extension participation for more details.​

4. Whills: Indicates whether or not the participant was in the WHI Long Life Study (0 = no, 1 = yes). See WHI participation - cohort/subsample info and WHI Long Life Study for more details.​​

5. Mrc: Indicates whether or not the participant was in the Extension 2 Medical Records Cohort (0 = no, 1 = yes). See WHI participation - extension participation for more details.​​

6. Dbgap: Indicates whether or not the participant has imputed GWAS, exomechip, metabochip, exome sequencing​ in the WHI dataset at dbGaP (0 = no, 1 = yes) . Click [here] for a current list of studies that are included in the WHI dataset at dbGaP (and their descriptions).

7.  Indicates whether or not the participant is eligible to have her genetic data submitted to dbGaP (Dbgap elig) and whether or not she is eligible to have her genetic data submitted to dbGaP for commercial use (Dbgap elig comm) (0 = no, 1 = yes). 9. Dead: Indicates whether or not the participant has been reported as deceased​ (0 = no, 1 = yes).​
